CAMP REGISTRATION &
PAYMENT PROCEDURES

Camp
Registration is through Member Services and in-person only.
-
Complete registration form in brochure (or download from website).
-
Go to
member services at the Summit YMCA.
-
Make
sure your family membership or youth membership is active. If
not, pay an additional $95.00
per child for youth, $120.00
for teen membership. A separate check is required for membership at
time of registration.
-
A
deposit of $50.00 for
each session will be due at registration.
-
Deposits are non-refundable after March 31, 2007. An additional
$20.00 will be charged
as a change fee per camper, per week for changes made after March 31,
2007.

Camp
fee balances are due as follows:
-
Weeks 1,2,3: Due by May 1
-
Weeks 4,5,6: Due by June 1
-
Weeks 7,8,9: Due by July 1
-
A
$25.00 late fee will be
assessed on late payments.

All
camp fees are non-refundable after the particular camp week's due date.
